HIRING: Photo Editor Virtual Assistant

We are looking for a skilled, detail-oriented, and creative Photo Editor Virtual Assistant to support a client who requires high-quality photo editing and retouching services.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in professional photo editing, image retouching, fashion photography, glamour photography, swimsuit photography, editorial photography, or magazine-quality image production. The candidate should be able to enhance images while maintaining a polished, consistent, and publication-ready finish.

The successful candidate must have a strong PORTFOLIO showcasing their photo editing and retouching skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to follow a client's preferred editing style and requirements. Experience with professional photo-editing software is essential. Video editing experience is an advantage, as the role may expand to include video editing responsibilities in the future.

Responsibilities

Photo Editing & Retouching

• Edit and retouch photographs to achieve a professional, polished, and publication-ready finish
• Enhance image quality while maintaining a natural, consistent, and visually appealing result
• Perform detailed retouching and image adjustments based on the client's requirements
• Ensure consistency in editing style, image quality, and overall presentation across projects
• Work with fashion, glamour, swimsuit, editorial, or similar photography, as required by the client
• Review edited images to identify imperfections, inconsistencies, and areas requiring further adjustments
• Ensure final images meet the client's quality expectations and preferred visual style

Image Quality & Style Consistency

• Follow the client's preferred editing style, instructions, and project specifications
• Maintain high standards of accuracy and attention to detail throughout the editing process
• Apply consistent editing techniques across multiple images within the same project
• Make revisions based on client feedback and editing requirements
• Ensure completed images are polished, organized, and ready for the intended use
• Manage editing tasks efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency

Portfolio & Creative Support

• Provide a strong portfolio demonstrating professional photo editing and retouching capabilities
• Showcase relevant before-and-after examples or completed projects, where available
• Demonstrate versatility in editing techniques while adapting to the client's preferred style
• Communicate professionally regarding editing requirements, feedback, and necessary revisions
• Maintain organized project files and edited images for easy reference, as required

Video Editing Support

• Potentially assist with video editing tasks as the client's needs expand
• Apply existing editing skills and learn the client's preferred workflow for future video projects, if required

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in professional photo editing and image retouching
• Strong proficiency in professional photo-editing software/tools
• Ability to produce high-quality, polished, and publication-ready images
• Strong attention to detail and consistency in image editing
• Experience with fashion, glamour, swimsuit, editorial, magazine, or similar photography is highly desirable
• A strong portfolio showcasing relevant photo editing and retouching work
• Ability to follow specific editing instructions and adapt to a client's preferred visual style
• Experience handling detailed retouching and maintaining a consistent visual style across multiple images
• Good communication skills and the ability to understand and implement client feedback
• Ability to review edited images carefully and maintain consistent quality standards
• Video editing experience is an advantage, as the role may expand to include video editing responsibilities in the future

Schedule

• Monday to Friday
• Full-Time or Part-Time depending on client requirements
• Night shift (US business hours)
