Job Description: Wedding Photo Editor

Seeking experienced full-time Photo Editors to support a wedding photography company handling approximately 200 weddings per month. This role requires strong technical editing skills and fast internet speeds for large file transfers.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Edit full wedding galleries using Adobe Lightroom

• 
  Manage and process large RAW files up to 100GB per wedding

• 
  Maintain fast turnaround times while preserving editing quality

• 
  Match the company’s editing style and standards consistently

• 
  Deliver clean, organized, and properly exported final galleries

• 
  Follow established editing workflows and file management procedures

Technical Requirements

• 
  Strong proficiency in Adobe Lightroom

• 
  High-speed upload and download internet capability

• 
  Ability to handle and transfer very large image files efficiently

• 
  Reliable computer setup suitable for heavy photo processing

Ideal Candidate

• 
  4–5 years of photo editing experience (wedding experience preferred)

• 
  Strong attention to detail and consistency in editing

• 
  Ability to edit approximately 3 weddings per day

• 
  Able to replicate sample edits during the interview process to demonstrate skill level

• 
  Organized, efficient, and able to meet deadlines in a high-volume environment
