University Cancer & Blood Center is hiring a full time Phone Operator for our Athens, Ga location. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Job Duties:
Answer all incoming calls.
Routing all calls to appropriate locations.
Completing any necessary messages.
Entering patient information.
Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent necessary
2-3 years of office experience is preferred.
Multi-line phone system experience is preferred.
Ability to work quickly and accurately.
Friendly, pleasant phone voice.
