This position is responsible for providing phlebotomy services to clients throughout our organization and wherever our clients call home, performing International Normalized Ratios (INRs), and collecting and transporting other specimens to respective labs This is an excellent opportunity for a current Phlebotomist as we build a career path within our client care model.
We will support obtaining LNA licensure after successfully completing one year of service to the organization! Upon successful completion of the LNA training and attainment of licensure, the position will serve a dual role as Phlebotomist/Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) with the primary responsibility performing venipuncture procedures to collect blood specimens and providing nurse assistant care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
For current phlebotomists who also hold an active LNA license, this dual role opportunity exits and can be explored during the application and interview process.
Job Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Prior clinical lab, phlebotomy experience preferred; successful completion of Phlebotomy Course Education (required)
