Full-time, benefited position that is 40 hours per week in the Laboratory Department Phlebotomists performs venipuncture, capillary, and arterial blood collections, collects genetic testing swabs, culture swabs and body fluid specimens.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent; one year of phlebotomy experience or phlebotomy certification from an established program preferred. Must exhibit professionalism, excellent patient care and communication.
Shoshone Medical Center is a 25-bed, acute care hospital in Kellogg, Idaho providing critical access healthcare to the entire Silver Valley region. SMC offers many inpatient and outpatient services. SMC employs over 100 people and contributes significantly to the region’s economy.
