Job Description

Join our hospital team as an Inpatient Phlebotomist performing timely, accurate specimen collection to support critical patient care and diagnostics. Ideal for candidates seeking entry-level lab, specimen collection, or healthcare roles with hands-on patient interaction.

This role is a great opportunity for entry-level candidates to gain hands-on experience in patient care and laboratory work. You will learn how to perform blood draws, including venipuncture and finger sticks, while interacting directly with patients in a hospital setting. Responsibilities include ensuring accurate patient identification, properly labeling and handling specimens, and safely transporting them for timely testing. You’ll also build experience documenting your work in electronic systems and collaborating with nurses and lab teams to support efficient patient care. It’s an ideal position for developing practical healthcare skills in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.
