Phlebotomist – New York, NY (Bellevue Hospital)

Location: 462 1st Avenue, New York, NY 10016
Schedule: 37.5 Hours/Week | 5 Days/Week
Shift Options:

•  5:00 AM – 1:00 PM (2 openings) 
•  8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 opening) 
•  4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (1 opening)

We are seeking experienced Phlebotomists to join a leading hospital in New York, NY. The ideal candidates will have strong experience in hospital or lab settings and demonstrate excellent patient care and specimen collection skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Perform venipuncture and specimen collection accurately and efficiently 
•  Handle, label, and process blood samples following proper protocols 
•  Ensure patient identification and safety procedures are strictly followed 
•  Maintain accurate documentation and records 
•  Work collaboratively with clinical and laboratory teams 
•  Adhere to infection control and safety standards 

Required Qualifications:

•  Minimum 2 years of phlebotomy experience in: 
  •  Hospital 
  •  Commercial Lab 
  •  Blood Bank 
•  Completion of a Phlebotomy Program
• Phlebotomy Technician Certification (CPT) – Required 
• AHA BLS Certification – Required 
•  High School Diploma or GED 

Schedule Requirements:

•  Monday – Friday with rotating weekends (every other weekend)
• No RTO allowed during the assignment

Compensation: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour
