
Philips Clinical Services Manager
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible to lead Commercial Excellence, Service Delivery and Post Go Live Support from a Clinical Customer Perspective – specifically focused on Electrocardiography in Hospitals and Large Service Providers. You will be responsible for the Philips Electrocardiography Portfolio which consists of ECG Hardware, Software & Services across the International Region. You will lead a small but resilient team of Clinical Specialists who provide services across a diverse landscape of cultures and standards of care. You act as the Clinical Go-To Person among customers, channel partners and internal Philips teams (sales and services), ensuring successful service execution, resulting in Order Intake, Sales and Customer Satisfaction. Your role:
Develop the Clinical Center of Excellence for Philips Electrocardiography across the region – providing clinical training and support to Philips teams, customers and channel partners. As part of this you will be responsible to ensure Philips Electrocardiography is properly reflected in the various Philips training programs.
Manage the stakeholders across the international region – specifically the clinical application specialists / clinical consultants across the districts – to ensure they have the latest knowledge on Philips Electrocardiography and how it contributes to Philips mission to make Impact with Care.
Resolve any customer issues or challenges that arise during the services delivery and post-go-live support, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction – especially from a clinical perspective.
Commercialize and activate the Philips Clinical Services across the region to make a positive contribution to the P&L. This mainly entails the activation of the Holter Analysis Service and Clinical Training Programs.
Ensure the Holter Analysis Service remains compliant with latest Philips and Industry standards (e.g. clinical operating procedures, nomenclature, escalation criteria) in close alignment with the clinical teams in the Business Unit.
Lead a team of approximately 5 Clinical Specialists – from which majority lives in Europe and some live in Asia Pacific or elsewhere.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's in Cardiac Physiology is a must-have.
Minimum 6 years of experience from which 3 years hospital and 3 years corporate environment.
Proven experience in external stakeholder management with customers and channel partners but also with internal colleagues across departments.
Strong clinical compliance assessment capability to ensure controls meet industry standards on Electrocardiography.
Demonstrated budget management and vendor management skills, combined with solid business acumen to optimize costs and vendor performance (e.g. Holter Analysis Service).
Excellent stakeholder management and people Management experience, backed by ability to conduct market research & analysis to inform strategic decisions.
Fluent in English and willing to travel up to 30% of the time.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
