Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Location: Hybrid - Manila, Philippines

Office Location: Unit A & D 29th Floor GBF Center 1 Bridgetowne, C-5 Road, Ugong Norte, Quezon City 1110

Duration: 6 months (starting May 2026) plus possibility of extension

Availability: *Full-time availability of 40 hours weekly is required to be eligible for this opportunity.

About the opportunity:
The ideal intern would promote team synergy, exemplify transparent communication and build positive relationships with partnered teams and colleagues while working with the APJ product management team in a variety of product deliverables in pursuit of delivering the Dayforce 2025 roadmap. The roadmap covers multiple areas of the Dayforce product such as payroll, Talent, WFM, HR and Mobile.

What you’ll get to do:
• Attend and participate in Product Sprint meetings including retro’s, demo’s refinement sessions
• Data analysis and reporting, interpretation and visualizing of data related to product roadmap and performance. Support the product team in documenting requirements for new product features and improvements
• Help develop user stories and Acceptance Criteria Collect, analyze and report on user feedback
• Participate in team meetings and activities
• Engage with stakeholders from various areas of the business
• Engage in Market Research activities
• Engage in continuous learning programs offered by Dayforce

Skills and experience we value:
• Final year undergraduate or postgraduate student with focus on Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology, or a related focus area
• Experience using Microsoft Tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and SharePoint) Excellent verbal and written communication; being clear and concise while still being thorough
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional and global teams
• A desire to learn
• Highly motivated and energetic with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, interviewing business users and capturing information to put into documentation for non-technical audiences
