· Coordinate UAT, production deployment planning, go/no-go readiness, release communications, hypercare, and post-implementation reviews.
· Prepare leadership updates, steerco materials, escalation notes, and decision logs with clear visibility on risks, progress, trade-offs, and required interventions.
Required Delivery Expertise

· Experience managing end-to-end software delivery lifecycle in regulated or compliance-sensitive domains, preferably insurance, BFSI, health-tech, or enterprise platforms.
· Ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, technology teams, vendors, and business functions with clear ownership of outcomes.

· Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and collaboration platforms.
Eligibility / Candidate Profile

· Strong understanding of SDLC, agile execution, release management, environment coordination, QA governance, and production deployment processes.
· Excellent stakeholder management, written communication, presentation, facilitation, and escalation management skills.
· Comfortable working with data-driven delivery reporting, dashboards, governance packs, spreadsheets, and executive presentations.
· Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and able to convert ambiguity into actionable delivery plans with measurable outcomes.
· Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving, zero-to-one environment with strong ownership, collaboration, and delivery discipline.
