The University of Washington Information School is recruiting PhD students for the Teaching Assistant position listed below (Click link to see course description).
INFO 300 A Lecture: MW 11:30 AM - 12:50 PM
INFO 300 AB Seminar: W 8:30 AM - 10:20 AM
Responsibilities may include some or all of the following duties:
TA positions average 20 hours per week. TAs must attend all classes and hold regular weekly office hours. If you are selected to TA for a course having lab sections, you must attend the section you are assigned to.

Pay:
The monthly pay rate for a TA paid on Schedule 1 is $3,794 at the intermediate level and $3,984 at the candidate level. TA/RA/SA/Predoctoral instructors and their dependents may be eligible to receive UW-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage through the Graduate Appointee Insurance Program (GAIP); may be eligible for one personal holiday and up to 10 paid holidays; and may be awarded up to 28 hours of sick time off (prorated based on FTE).
Note: This job classification is governed by a negotiated labor contract and is subject to union shop provisions
