YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a talented and innovative analog layout and design engineer to join our RF development team. The candidate focuses on analog design, layout generation, and development of next-generation RF receiver systems, preferably with the help of AI tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the development team to define analog circuit requirements
  • Design and implement analog circuits, and optimize power, area, and performance within RF front-end constraints
  • Perform analog and mixed-signal simulations to verify circuit performance, functionality, and interoperability by using industry-standard EDA tools
  • Translate designed circuits and peer circuits into physical implementation (layout) by placing elements and routing interconnections
  • Stay current with AI trends to enhance and accelerate physical implementation (layout)
  • Perform required layout checks, such as DRC and LVS, and adjust the layout to meet all required rules
  • Document design specifications, test plans, and verification results
  • Support silicon bring-up, debugging, and performance tuning activities

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
  • Background in semiconductor analog layout and design
  • Basic knowledge of schematic and layout editing tools, such as Cadence
  • Basic knowledge of simulation and verification tools, such as Cadence Spectre, ADEXL, and Calibre
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Willingness to use and adapt AI-supported tools to enhance and accelerate analog circuit design and layout
  • Knowledge of ASIC design flow and RF front-end integration constraints
  • English business proficiency
