About the Role

We are seeking a
Salesforce Project Manager
to lead projects within clinical and research environments. This role requires ensuring IT solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with both business objectives and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across IT and business teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Manage Salesforce.com projects from initiation to delivery within clinical and research environments.

• 
  Ensure IT solutions align with organizational goals and regulatory standards.

• 
  Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

• 
  Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, including business and IT teams.

• 
  Implement effective risk management, issue tracking, and quality assurance processes.

Qualifications

• 
  2–5 years of relevant project management experience.

• 
  Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• 
  Knowledge of industry best practices in project management and Salesforce implementation.

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  PMP or Agile certification (preferred, not required)
