About The Role  Every exceptional customer moment starts with our peopleOur Style Advisors are at the heart of a great shopping experience. You’llbring personality, pride and a passion for fashion, acting as a brandambassador on the shop floor. You’ll stay up to date with the latest styles,help customers build outfits for every occasion and play a key role inenhancing the overall store performance.  What you'll do:  ● Greet customers with confidence, offering tailored advice andcreating memorable shopping experiences.● Develop deep product knowledge, answering customer questionswith ease.● Handle transactions accurately with careful attention to detail andassist with stock control processes.● Assist in all tasks required to ensure the smooth day-to-day runningof the store.  Who you'll be:  ● Reliable and motivated to fulfil the role, flexible enough to work on arota basis and balance shifting priorities in store.● Engaging with excellent communication skills and flourish in acustomer-facing environment● Focused on adding value and providing the best possible experienceto our customers, taking pride in all that you do.    What's in it for you?  It’s not all about what you can do for us. Established in 1849, Brown Thomas was from the outset, a name that is synonymous with luxury, integrity and beauty. Arnotts is Ireland’s oldest and largest department store having opened its decorative, brass-clad doors way back in 1843 and since then has developed the premises into the 300,000 sq. foot store as it stands today.
