Pharmacy Technician – FT

• Starting Pay Range: $18.03/hr - $26.00/hr , depending on experience
• Position Status: Full-time, non-exempt
• Shift: Day
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

The Pharmacy Technician plays a vital role in supporting pharmacists with the safe, accurate preparation and dispensing of medications. This position helps ensure smooth pharmacy operations while delivering excellent customer service to patients and providers. Responsibilities include prescription processing, inventory management, insurance and billing support, and maintaining accurate records—all while complying with state, federal, and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and a strong team player in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications:

  Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current PTCB (CPhT) or NHA (ExCPT) certification or ability to become certified within 18 months of beginning employment.
    • Training available on-site.
• Preferred
  
  Qualifications:
  • Experience working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician is preferred.

• Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
• Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
