Job Description

C-Care Wellkin is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to be based at Moka. In your role as Pharmacy Technician, you will be assisting a Pharmacist serve our patients by filling prescriptions and dispensing general lifestyle advice.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service by answering patient questions and concerns as they arise
• Measure amounts of medicine for prescriptions
• Package, label and dispense prescriptions as per federal, state and local regulations
• Enter and maintain prescription information in our proprietary software
• Sterilize and maintain equipment and surfaces
• Update job knowledge by attending conventions and following publications

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Pharmacy Technician or in a similar position
• A Diploma in Pharmacy or equivalent
• Expertise in medication measurement and dosage
• Knowledge of basic terminology in pharmacology
• Knowledge of hospital safety procedures and patient rights
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an eye for detail
