IIQAF Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pharmacy Technician in Sydney to support our hospital and healthcare pharmacy operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in hospital pharmacy services, medication dispensing support, inventory management, clinical pharmacy assistance, and pharmaceutical documentation

Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications
• Process prescriptions accurately in accordance with hospital policies
• Manage pharmacy inventory, stock control, and controlled medications
• Support medication packaging, labeling, and distribution
• Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
• Ensure compliance with Australian pharmaceutical regulations and hospital standards
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and healthcare teams
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the pharmacy area
• Assist with medication reconciliation and reporting

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate IV in Pharmacy Technician / Community Pharmacy (or equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of medication dispensing procedures
• Experience with pharmacy management software
• Understanding of Australian pharmaceutical regulations
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Immediate availability preferred
