We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Pharmacy Technician to support our pharmacy operations and assist the Pharmacist in dispensing medications safely and accurately. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Receive, process, and prepare prescription orders under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
• 
  Accurately label, package, and dispense medications.
• 
  Maintain and update patient medication records.
• 
  Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• 
  Assist with stock replenishment and expiry-date checks.
• 
  Process insurance claims and payment transactions where applicable.
• 
  Respond to customer inquiries and refer clinical questions to the Pharmacist.
• 
  Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations, policies, and safety standards.
• 
  Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient pharmacy environment.

Requirements

• 
  Diploma or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician studies, Pharmacy or a related field.
• 
  Valid Pharmacy Technician certification/licensure.
• 
  Previous experience in a hospital, retail, or community pharmacy is an advantage.
• 
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• 
  Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• 
  Proficiency in basic computer applications and pharmacy management systems.
• 
  Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
