Position: Pharmacy Technician
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a full-time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the pharmacist in filling and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering medications as needed
- Providing excellent customer service by answering questions and addressing concerns
- Processing insurance claims and handling cash transactions
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient care
- Adhering to all pharmacy regulations and safety standards
- Continuously updating knowledge of medications and their uses
- Assisting with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pharmacy Technician certification or license (if required by state)
- Previous experience working in a pharmacy setting
- Strong understanding of pharmacy operations and procedures
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of insurance and prescription billing processes
- Proficient with computer systems and software
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
