Once training is complete, this individual will be offsite with the aim of making pharmacy outreach calls to help to support our pharmacies various initiatives. Additionally, this individual will be responsible for receiving calls and either helping the patient or helping to triage the patient to onsite staff. Although worksite flexibility exists, proven productivity and competency will ultimately determine what that flexibility looks like. UH Meds reserves the right to move from a hybrid to an in-office role. Further, work hours will align within normal pharmacy business hours *3 to 6 month training window at a local UH pharmacy
Addition to the responsibilities above, the Pharmacy Technician 2 is accountable for assisting pharmacists in the retrieval, processing, preparation and distribution of medications for patient administration. The Technician 2 functions in all aspects of drug distribution that do not require the professional judgment of a pharmacist. All assigned activities are performed under the supervision of a Pharmacist.
