Pharmacy & Healthcare Outreach:
-Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications with pharmacists, specialty pharmacies, hospitals, healthcare systems, and other healthcare stakeholders.
-Build and maintain professional relationships with pharmacy decision-makers and healthcare professionals.
-Educate stakeholders on approved product messaging, product availability, key benefits, and differentiators.
-Support initiatives designed to increase awareness, adoption, and utilization of assigned products.
Product Awareness & Adoption:
-Promote awareness of Xatmep and Gliadel using approved communication materials and training.
-Identify barriers to product adoption and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.
-Support pharmacy stocking initiatives and product accessibility efforts.
-Gather feedback on customer needs, purchasing behaviors, and product awareness.
CRM Documentation & Reporting:
-Accurately document all customer interactions, activities, and follow-up actions within Salesforce.
-Maintain detailed records of outreach efforts and account engagement.
-Track call outcomes, trends, objections, and opportunities.
-Support reporting requirements and pilot program analysis.
Market Intelligence & Insights:
-Collect and communicate market feedback, competitive insights, and customer observations.
-Identify trends and opportunities that may support increased product adoption.
-Provide meaningful insights that help improve outreach strategies and customer engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Retail Pharmacy, Hospital Pharmacy, Specialty Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sales, Healthcare Provider Engagement, Medical Communications, Healthcare Account Management, Clinical or Healthcare Support Services
Preferred Experience:
- Experience interacting directly with pharmacists, physicians, hospitals, specialty pharmacies, or healthcare providers.
- Experience discussing pharmaceutical products, medication therapies, or treatment-related topics with healthcare professionals.
- Experience supporting oncology, specialty care, rare disease, or pharmaceutical commercial programs is highly preferred.
- Experience working within a pharmaceutical, healthcare, biotechnology, or life sciences environment.

- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently with pharmacists and healthcare professionals.
