Why this role matters

As part of the Sales West-Center Team, you will support the development of Biocodex in Romania by strengthening the company’s presence and partnerships within the pharmacy network.

Your mission: ensure the visibility, availability, and proper recommendation of Biocodex products in pharmacies, acting as a key link between the company and pharmacy partners, while working closely with pharmacists, distributors, and the local Sales team.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

• Ethically promote products to pharmacists;
• Promote commercial offers within the assigned territory in order to maximize the awareness, accessibility, visibility, and recommendation of Biocodex products;
• Create, develop, and strengthen relationships with clients in the assigned area (pharmacies, regional chains, distributors);
• Implement the marketing plan and promotional activities;
• Manage clients from a commercial/business perspective;
• Monitor and analyze market trends and identify new sales opportunities within the assigned territory;
• Organize and actively participate in medical-related meetings;
• Prepare and submit all reports requested by the direct manager in a timely manner.

What you bring

• A university degree, preferably in the medical or pharmaceutical field.
• Significant experience of at least 3 years in OTC product sales and promotion to pharmacies, within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong command of MS Office and familiarity with commercial and promotional activities in a regulated environment.
• Basic level of English communication skills.
• A valid category B driving license.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with pharmacy partners.
• Ability to prioritize activities, work in a structured manner, and ensure consistency between commitments and actions.
• A collaborative working style, combining autonomy, accountability, and strong team spirit.
• A genuine interest in how AI can be applied in business, with a responsible mindset focused on quality, efficiency, and performance.
