Hourly$22.22 - $33.33A pharmacy intern is a student enrolled in a College of Pharmacy accredited by the Washington Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission (PQAQ). The student will work under the supervision of a clinical pharmacist. Pharmacy interns are responsible for the distribution of medications, as well as to assist the pharmacist with specific clinical duties as proscribed by law. Interns work in cooperation with other health care professionals. The pharmacist intern will function in a per diem capacity with an expectation to work variable hours and shifts including weekends, as determined by the schedule and student availability during the school session.
