The Pharmacy Director is responsible for directing workforce in the day-to-day operations of pharmacy or multiple locations and managing costs to established goals.
The pharmacy is open 24/7 and is high volume, with 60,000/month and 60 employees.
This is not a remote position. Applicants must reside in, or a commutable distance to, Milwaukee, WI
The ideal candidate has Long-Term Care experience and excels in leading change initiatives and providing outstanding customer service, with strengths in leadership, performance management, operations, & communications.
Schedule: Monday - Friday with possible weekend as needed
