• Starting Pay Range: $155,459/yr - $202,096.70/yr , depending on experience

• Position Status: Full-time, exempt
• Shift: Day
• Shift Differentials: Nights = +10% of base wage (after 6pm), Weekends = +15% of base wage

ThePharmacy Director will lead our busy inpatient and retail pharmacy teams. You’ll oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, keep things running smoothly and safely, and make sure we’re meeting all state and federal requirements. You’ll use your clinical expertise to support providers, answer medication questions, review prescriptions, and ensure patients get the right medications safely and efficiently. You’ll also guide and mentor our pharmacy staff, help build a positive work environment, and play a key role in hiring, training, and growing the team. This position also manages inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and participates in committees that shape patient care across the organization. Qualifications:

  • Graduate-level degree from an accredited school of Pharmacy.
  • Current license as a Pharmacist in the State of Colorado
  • Minimum of two (2) years experience managing hospital pharmacy
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Prior retail pharmacy experience

• Retirement Plan: Up to a 3% employer match, which increases with your length of service. New employees are automatically enrolled at a 1% contribution rate (can be opted out). Employees must complete 5 years of employment to be 100% vested.
• Employee Health Payment Match: Haxtun Health matches employee payments up to $1,000 per year per family for services received at Haxtun Health’s hospital or clinics.
• Family and Medical Leave Insurance Program (FAMLI): Haxtun Health participates in the CO FAMLI program, which is a social insurance program that provides up to 12 weeks of paid leave for qualifying life events.
• Term Life Insurance: 1 x annual salary term life provided by HHD, no employee premium ($200,000 Max.). Additional voluntary life insurance coverage for the employee and family is an option which can be purchased by the employee.
