Pharmacy Clerk

Location: 19 Chapin Rd, Pine Brook, NJ 07058
Pay Rate: 20/hr (Paid Weekly)
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM EST
Allmed Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision Insurance and 401(k)
Contract: 09/14/2026 to 12/12/2026 ( If To Hire: TBD)

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Pharmacy Clerk to support medication packing and fulfillment operations in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This position is responsible for accurately packing cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated processes while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have previous packing or fulfillment experience. Healthcare or medication-related experience is preferred, but direct-to-customer packing and shipping experience will also be considered. Thorough training will be provided in this process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack cold and ambient medications using manual and semi-automated packing methods.
• Ensure medications are packaged accurately and according to established procedures.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality, accuracy, and patient satisfaction.
• Work with a sense of urgency to meet daily production and packing requirements.
• Ensure medication packing areas remain organized and adequately supplied.
• Follow all established processes, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet department goals.
• Maintain excellent attendance and punctuality.
• Identify and communicate any packing or product concerns to appropriate team members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Previous packing, fulfillment, warehouse, production, or similar experience preferred.
• Healthcare or medication packing experience is a plus.
• Experience packing products for direct customer delivery will be considered.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.

A thorough training program will be provided to ensure employees understand all required packing processes and procedures.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
• Ability to perform repetitive packing and production tasks.
• Ability to maintain attention to detail while working at a consistent pace.
