Our shared services team is utilized by Prairie Band subsidiaries to maximize efficiencies and effectiveness. The team maintains responsibility for general administrative support, human resources, network and communication systems, physical facilities, marketing, legal, and financial support functions. The shared services team is involved in identifying and planning for the changing needs of the organization, shares responsibility with the appropriate senior managers for strategic planning, and contributes to cost-effective management throughout the organization.
