Pharmacist (Part‑Time or Full‑Time) – Pompano Beach, FL

A well‑established pharmacy in South Florida is seeking a licensed Pharmacist to support its growing patient base. This role offers both part‑time and full‑time scheduling options and is ideal for a clinician who values accuracy, patient trust, and a smooth, well‑run workflow.

The Pharmacist will provide high‑quality dispensing, regulatory compliance, and patient‑centered service in a collaborative environment. The position includes oversight of pharmacy technicians, inventory management, and adherence to Florida Board of Pharmacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and dispense prescription medications with precision
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmacy regulations
• Oversee daily workflow and support pharmacy technicians
• Manage inventory, including controlled substances
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Uphold quality assurance and patient safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active Florida Pharmacist License
• Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance
• Experience in retail or community pharmacy preferred
• High attention to detail and sound clinical judgment

Compensation & Schedule

• $50.00 – $55.00 per hour
• Part‑time and full‑time schedules available
• Expected weekly hours: 20–50, depending on availability
