Job Description:
Oncology Pharmacist Inpatient Pharmacy 1 Elliot Way Manchester NH | Full Time 40 hours a week 8AM-430PM Daily.
Elliot Hospital Inpatient Pharmacy
The inpatient pharmacy department is comprised of pharmacists and technicians working collaboratively to provide safe, timely and effective medication therapy to our patients. We operate a decentralized model for both medication distribution utilizing Omnicell automation, as well as clinically with pharmacists dedicated to the teams on our nursing units. Elliot promotes career advancement through our ASHP accredited PGY-1 Pharmacy Residency Program, technician career ladder, and reimbursement for a variety of professional certifications.
About the Job
Under direction of the Pharmacist Supervisor Clinical Oncology, the Pharmacist Oncology will work in a multidisciplinary setting enhancing quality of medication dispensing, safety, and education at the Solinsky Center for Cancer Care.
What You’ll Do
What You’ll Need
Professional Pharmacy Bachelors Degree required Pharm D Degree preferred.
Successful completion of PGY2 Residency specializing in oncology required Board Certification in Oncology (BCOP) preferred.
One (1) year previous clinical pharmacy experience required.
Current New Hampshire license to practice Pharmacy or eligibility required
Epic Beacon Oncology Module; Epic Willow Inpatient Module highly preferred.
