Job Description

•Receive and handle complaints from patients, doctors, nurses, or other departments related to pharmacy outpatient unit services to ensure customer satisfaction with pharmacy outpatient unit services

•outpatient services in relation to the implementation of established policies, standards and procedures, including operational obstacles that may be encountered which can be followed up or escalated to interested parties

•Ensuring the completeness of data and monthly reports for the pharmaceutical outpatient unit: Static drug reports and drugs that are almost/already expired, Stock and price reports, Data quality objectives, Narcotic and psychotropic drug stock reports, Other required reports

•Monitor the procurement and use of medicines and general equipment, as well as the condition of cleanliness, procurement, use and maintenance of equipment in the pharmaceutical outpatient unit, so that they can be accountable to superiors

•Carrying out socialization and education to workers in the pharmacy outpatient unit regarding existing new drugs, as well as conducting drug information services for all parties who need it to ensure that all relevant departments receive correct and appropriate information according to their needs.

•Monitor the refrigerator temperature as well as room temperature and humidity to optimize drug storage and management

•Implement and supervise procedures and practices for quality and safety services, including attending training, collecting data, documenting and/or making reports needed to support the achievement of hospital wide indicators and related departmental targets

•Provide operational support to the Assistant Pharmacist of the pharmacy outpatient unit to ensure the continuity and smoothness of pharmacy OPD services

Qualifications

•Bachelor Degree from Pharmacy

•Minimun 1 year work experience in a hospital or clinical pharmacy setting

•Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pharmacotherapy, drug interactions, and patient care.

•Expertise in the preparation, dispensing, and monitoring of a wide range of medication

•Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to pharmacy practice, including medication safety and controlled substances.
