Pharmacist Responsibilities:

• Provide pharmacy services like filling prescriptions, dispensing pharmaceuticals, counseling patients and health care providers regarding drug interactions, indications, drug dosage, and side effects of medicines.
• Develop procedures and policies for operation of staff and facility and ensure that staff members are following the established policies and procedures.
• Ensure safe, proper, and cost-effective usage of medicines and review patient’s profile for any type of drug interaction before dispensing medication.
• Establish and maintain methods and style of storage and record maintenance systems for providing safe keep of medicines or pharmaceuticals.
• Follow established departmental rules, procedures, policies, environmental, safety or infection control standards.
• Prepare and maintain records on prescription, inventory and patient charges.
• Participate in the center-wide Quality Assurance initiatives.
• Comply with applicable policies and procedures and supports the Compliance Program.
• Contributes to organizational operations by performing other duties as may be required.

What You Bring To Refuah:

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Pharmacy, or other directly related field of study
• 3 years of work experience in the job offered or other closely related positions.
• Experiences may be concurrent. Employer is willing to accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and/or training to satisfy the minimum requirements for the position.
• Eligible to Work in the US
