About the Role A growing pharmaceutical wholesale team is looking to add a driven Sales Representative to their Brooklyn office. This company buys generic medications directly from manufacturers in bulk and sells wholesale to medical offices that administer treatments like chemotherapy, IV antibiotics, and diagnostic imaging medications. This is a high-energy, phone-first sales environment where relationship-building and persistence directly translate into earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Conduct outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective medical office accounts
• Identify decision-makers and pitch competitive pricing, fast turnaround, and superior service
• Convert leads into active, ordering customers

Account Management

• Maintain and grow relationships with an existing customer base
• Proactively follow up on reorders and identify opportunities to expand product lines within accounts
• Respond to customer pricing requests and negotiate to retain business

Sales Operations

• Meet daily outreach targets across calls, emails, and texts
• Track and manage a rotating pipeline of leads across multiple market segments
• Coordinate with backend teams on order fulfillment, shipping, and tracking inquiries

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required — full training provided
• Strong communication skills and comfort with high-volume phone outreach
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to grow earning potential
• Reliable in-office availability during business hours; occasional availability beyond standard hours to close deals
• Professional polish and ability to represent the company well on the phone
