About the job:

Area of operation: Gdańsk, Gdynia, Rumia, Słupsk

The objective of Pharmaceutical Representative role is to ensure the promotion and distribution of Opella products within the pharmaceutical environment in the assigned territory, in line with defined marketing and sales objectives.

Key responsibilities:

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure effective execution of sales plans

• Ensure full availability of Opella brands and products, including Magne, NoSpa, Essentiale, Allegra, Mucosolvan, and Dulcobis

• Collaborate with pharmacy chains and independent pharmacies within the assigned territory

• Manage partnerships with local pharmacy networks based on annual commercial agreements, ensure proper product visibility and in-store execution according to company standards, with regular reporting

• Cooperate with pharmacists by organizing trainings and educational meetings

• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers while promoting Opella’s brand image in the pharmaceutical environment

• Collect, report, and analyze market data and insights to support business decisions

About you:

• University degree

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Pharmaceutical Representative or Sales Representative in the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with knowledge of merchandising techniques with goal-oriented mindset focused on achieving sales targets

• Open, communicative personality with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships and excellent personal organization, independence, and proactive approach to work

• Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with systems such as Farmaprom and TRAX

• Active Category B driving licence

• Basic knowledge of English language
