In order to accompany the growth of Biocodex, we are looking for a: Pharmaceutical and Medical Representative.
What you’ll do
In this role, you will:
• Be responsible for the eastern part of Warsaw and the Masovian Voivodeship
• Achieve the company’s business objectives in the area of product promotion and sales
• Represent the company in contacts with physicians and medical staff
• Conduct educational training sessions for the medical and pharmaceutical community
• Organize thematic lectures for pharmacists and physicians, delivered by medical and pharmaceutical professionals
• Actively carry out merchandising activities in pharmacies
• Cooperate with the Key Account Managers (KAMs) team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Prepare reports and summaries
What you bring
• Previous experience in sales or as a Medical/Pharmaceutical Representative (nice to have)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building and maintaining professional relationships
• Strong goal- and results-oriented mindset
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions
• Negotiation and persuasion skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-confidence
• Residence within the assigned territory
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Flexibility and an ambitious approach to tasks
