Job Description

面向制药行业客户，以办公室工作为主，完成液质相关仪器、耗材、软件及服务的销售支撑与落地，是从销售执行向独立客户开发进阶的入门级岗位，1年内完成基础能力搭建，逐步成长为可独立负责区域线索运营的内部销售。

- 完成报价、标书、订单支撑等基础工作，掌握液质产品知识与制药行业客户特性

- 面向全行业中小客户，通过多渠道线上触达完成新客开发、沉睡客户唤醒，快速提升区域客户覆盖

- 为制药行业客户提供场景化产品推荐，完成线索筛选、报价、成单全流程，通过和Field Sales对接或独立负责指定区域线索跟进，达成销售指标

Responsibilities

负责制药领域客户的报价单制作，精准匹配液相色谱质谱等仪器及配套耗材的型号/参数/报价条款，确保信息零差错。

独立完成投标文件的全流程制作，包括资质梳理、技术应答、报价封装，配合项目负责人完成标书提交与跟进。

协助外勤销售完成订单流转、合同核对、物流进度同步，做好已合作制药企业的日常客情维护。

整理制药行业客户档案，同步更新液质产品线的市场需求、竞品动态信息，完成基础销售数据统计。

独立开展指定区域内制药企业的新客线上开发，通过电话、线上会议完成初次触达与需求挖掘。若有必要，可独立完成客户拜访。

承接分配区域的线索培育与全流程跟进，从意向对接、需求确认到成单转化，完成对应销售指标。

独立向客户讲解液质仪器的核心功能与制药场景适配方案，配合技术支持完成线上产品演示。

跟进区域内存量客户的复购、耗材升级需求，挖掘二次销售机会。

Qualifications

本科及以上学历，药学、分析化学、制药工程、生物工程等相关专业，了解液相色谱、质谱基础原理与制药行业检测场景。

• 可熟练操作Office办公软件，能独立完成Excel数据整理、Word标书排版、PPT方案制作。
• 工作细致耐心，具备较强的规则意识，能高效完成多份报价、标书的并行处理，零低级错误。
• 沟通表达清晰，有主动服务意识，愿意从基础销售执行工作起步，逐步成长为独立的内部/外部销售。
• 有制药行业实习、仪器销售助理经验，或参与过液质相关实验项目者优先。
