  • Oversee process redesign, documentation reduction, workflow optimisation, and technology enablement

  • Support global site rollouts to ensure solutions are scalable, consistent, and practical to implement

  • Define, track, and report KPIs to monitor progress, risks, and business impact

  • Provide clear, transparent reporting to senior leadership and programme sponsors

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)

  • 10+ years’ experience in project or programme management within Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Operations, or R&D

  • Proven experience leading large-scale, global transformation programmes, ideally in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, medical devices, cosmetics, etc.)

  • Strong knowledge of QMS frameworks, ISO standards, GxP requirements, and Quality processes

  • Demonstrated ability to simplify complex systems and drive adoption across global organisations

  • Experience working with digital Quality tools and platforms (eDMS, TrackWise, reporting/analytics tools, collaboration platforms)

  • Fluent English (additional languages are a plus)

What we offer in return

  • You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believe we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.
