What you will need:
High school diploma or GED equivalent, preferred associate or bachelor’s degree
State of Michigan Pharmacy Technician as a Temporary Licensure upon hire.
Must achieve Pharmacy Technician Certification through the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) within 5 months of hire.
Minimum six months of pharmacy work experience.
What you will do:
Prepares, packages, and distributes medication orders per physician/pharmacist request, or prearranged work assignment.
Complete ASHP didactic learning modules as assigned.
Achieve a passing score on all quizzes and test related to ASHP didactic learning.
Complete all experiential learning activities as assigned.
Provides customer service to medical professionals.
