PH ISC Analytics Lead
Philips Personal Health is accelerating the transformation of Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) Analytics into a modern, AI-enabled, enterprise-scale decision intelligence capability. The PH ISC Analytics Lead will play a critical leadership role in building and scaling the next generation of Supply Chain Analytics, Data, and AI capabilities across Personal Health. This role sits at the intersection of Supply Chain, Commercial Analytics, Data Engineering, and AI Transformation. The role will lead the transformation of fragmented ISC analytics into a centralized, scalable, and AI-driven ecosystem built on the PH Azure Data Lake (ADL) and Common Data Model architecture. This is not a traditional reporting or dashboard leadership role. We are looking for a highly strategic yet deeply hands-on analytics leader with strong expertise in Data Science, AI/GenAI, enterprise data architecture, and large-scale analytics transformation. The ideal candidate combines executive-level stakeholder leadership with the ability to go deep into data models, ADL architecture, advanced analytics methodologies, and AI-enabled decision systems.
Lead the transformation of PH ISC Analytics into a centralized, scalable, enterprise-wide analytics and AI capability.
Build the long-term roadmap for ISC Analytics, AI, and Decision Intelligence across Personal Health.
Drive the migration and integration of ISC data assets into the PH Azure Data Lake (ADL) ecosystem.
Establish scalable and reusable analytics foundations across Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Operations domains.
Drive the shift from descriptive reporting toward predictive and prescriptive decision-making.
Lead end-to-end ADL ingestion strategy for ISC data domains including Supply Planning, Demand Planning, Orders, Inventory, Fill Rate, Logistics, and Customer Service.
Partner with Digital & IT teams to establish scalable Bronze-Silver-Gold data architecture and Common Data Models.
Build AI and advanced analytics capabilities around:
Forecasting
Scenario simulations
Root cause analysis
Inventory optimization
Service level optimization
Stock-out prediction
Decision automation
Drive adoption of AI/GenAI-enabled analytics and agentic AI capabilities within ISC decision workflows.
Enable scalable semantic layers and enterprise-ready analytics consumption models.
Apply advanced statistical and machine learning methodologies to solve complex supply chain and commercial problems.
Develop scalable models and frameworks for:
Supply-demand optimization
Fill Rate analytics
Inventory health monitoring
Customer service analytics
Commercial impact simulations
Incremental sales and supply chain impact modeling
Partner with Data Scientists, Engineers, and Analytics teams to industrialize advanced analytics solutions into production-grade capabilities.
Act as the strategic analytics partner for ISC leadership, SCOpE leadership, and cross-functional business stakeholders.
Influence senior leadership through data-driven storytelling and actionable recommendations.
Lead global cross-functional programs involving Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, IT, and Analytics organizations.
Build and scale a high-performing global analytics organization and operating model.
Drive strong governance, prioritization, execution discipline, and adoption across analytics initiatives.
Establish scalable governance around KPI definitions, data quality, analytics methodologies, and reporting standards.
Improve data integrity, reliability, and transparency across ISC analytics ecosystems.
Drive simplification and decommissioning of fragmented local analytics solutions where relevant.
Ensure sustainable, scalable, and enterprise-ready analytics operating models.
15+ years of experience in Analytics, Data Science, AI, Supply Chain Analytics, or Enterprise Data & Analytics transformation.
Proven experience leading large-scale analytics transformations within global organizations.
Strong experience working with enterprise-scale Azure Data Lake (ADL) environments and modern data architectures.
Deep expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI-driven decision systems.
Demonstrated experience managing senior stakeholders and driving enterprise-wide initiatives.
Strong experience building and leading high-performing analytics and data science teams.
Experience working in complex global matrix organizations.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
