
Provides organized, directed, postgraduate training in a hospital pharmacy practice that centers on development of knowledge, attitude, and skills required to optimize drug therapy and serve as a resource for patient and providers. Provides pharmacy services to rounding providers, verifys pharmacy orders and provides medication counseling and education to providers, staff and patients. Pharmacy residents will be directed by existing qualified staff specific to each pharmacy rotation.
• Requires PharmD degree.
• Requires eligibility for Indiana licensure as a Pharmacist.
