WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

·Real estate valuation analysis & cash flow modeling

·Market research

·Technical and CapEx analysis

·Performing various analyses to assist in making investment decisions

·Preparation of investment memoranda for investment committees

·Support due diligence processes and deal execution

WHAT YOU WILL BRING

·Student from a leading business school or university

·Previous internship experience in real estate equity or investment banking

·Strong analytical, teamwork and interpersonal skills

·High level of proficiency with Excel & PowerPoint

·Excellent English and German working proficiency

·Strong organizational and communication skills

·Highly organized with strong attention to detail

·Ability to deliver multiple projects under tight time frames while delivering work accurately

·Understanding of basic real estate and finance terms and concepts

·Strong relationship building skills combined with solid verbal and written communication skills

·Self-starter with ability to work independently while communicating frequently
