What you will do
This Analyst position sits on the Portfolio Management team within PGIM’s Direct Lending strategy. The team invests in middle-market companies across the U.S. and Western Europe through buyouts, refinancings, recapitalizations, and growth investments. The Portfolio Management team oversees a $7bn+ AUM portfolio of private credit loans and serves as the eyes and ears of the portfolio, monitoring issuer performance, analyzing portfolio health, supporting fundraising efforts, and delivering insights to the Investment Committee that directly inform investment decisions.
You will work within a tight-knit team while partnering closely with investment professionals across multiple groups and offices, with direct exposure to the Head of Portfolio and Underwriting. As part of a fast-growing team, you will have the opportunity to contribute across various areas of the business and special projects, including data analysis, fundraising, and securitization (CLOs and multi-asset solutions). The role provides hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of investments and fund operations.
