  • Bedarfsorientierter Einsatz dort, wo Sie gebraucht werden – in Intensiv- und Notfallbereichen (Erwachsene und/oder Pädiatrie)
  • Klare Absprachen und enge Kommunikation mit Teamleitungen und Praxisanleitung
  • Verlässliche Dienstplanung und langfristige Planbarkeit
  • Mitwirkung und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten bei pflegerischen und organisatorischen Prozessen

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann bzw. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegerin/Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger oder Krankenschwester/Krankenpfleger
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung oder Fachweiterbildung in der Intensiv- oder Notfallpflege (Erwachsene oder Pädiatrie)
  • Bereitschaft zu wechselnden Einsätzen und Flexibilität im Dienstsystem
  • Selbstständige, verantwortungsbewusste und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
