Bei uns übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle im IPS und IMC Kosmos. Du bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit der Schichtleitung und allen Pflegenden auf der Schicht.

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Du bist für die Organisation und Koordination von vielfältigen Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit den aktuellen Patientensituationen zuständig
  • Du managst Medikamente und Materialien: bestellen, bewirtschaften, kontrollieren, bereitstellen
  • Ernährung ist Teil der Therapie: du berätst Patient/innen bei der Essensbestellung und nimmst die Bestellung auf
  • Du erledigst verschiedene administrative Arbeiten und verantwortest die tägliche Leistungskontrolle
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der Schichtleitung und dem IPS/IMC-Team zusammen und übernimmst pflegerische Tätigkeiten oder arbeitest mit bei Interventionen

DEIN PROFIL

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson
  • Nebst eigenverantwortlicher Arbeitsweise hast du auch Freude an der Arbeit auf Delegation
  • Du bist ein Organisationstalent, verfügst über eine hohe Sorgfalt und bist eine/n absolute/n Teamplayer/in
