As a Pfizer Delivery Hub Recruiter, R&D, you will serve as a strategic Talent Advisor leading end-to-end recruitment efforts to attract and retain top internal and external talent. From the initial hiring manager strategy meeting through sourcing, interviewing, and offer development, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet the evolving needs of Pfizer’s North America R&D & Business Innovation teams. This role partners closely with Hiring Managers and PX colleagues, aligning with global operating procedures and best practices in sourcing, selection, and candidate engagement.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead internal and external recruitment for Pfizer R&D & Business Innovation in North America
Drive special recruitment initiatives to support client needs and foster professional growth
Build trusted relationships as a credible Talent Advisor to client groups
Ensure a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to internal and external candidates
Manage the offer process, including pre-employment screening and offer development
Align hiring practices and initiatives with business goals and ensure compliance with recruitment policies
Assess candidate qualifications and motivational fit using appropriate selection techniques
Develop a strong understanding of Pfizer’s Benefits Program and its market positioning
Meet or exceed recruitment metrics aligned with business and Candidate Experience (CX) targets.
Integrate AI tools into daily recruitment activities to enhance efficiency and decision-making
Organizational Relationships with:
Hiring managers and PX Partners
CX Team members, including global colleagues
Global Recruitment Operations
Internal candidates
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Science or a related field, with 2+ years of work experience
Experience in recruitment/talent acquisition with the ability to build strong working relationships with hiring managers and PX colleagues
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Self-starter with accountability and urgency in delivering impactful results
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday preferred
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience managing high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience as a recruiter within Pfizer or a large corporate setting
Familiarity with AI tools and their application in recruitment
This is a hybrid role requiring you to live within commuting distance and work on-site an average of 2.5 days per week.
