Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - Process Excellence
We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Process Excellence to join our team. The SME will drive quality frameworks, continuous improvement, and process optimization across our processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Establish Quality frameworks (QC processes) across all functions, identify CTQs across all functions.

  • Use Continuous Improvement tools like Value Stream Mapping to optimize processes and eliminate waste.
  • Collaborate with Operations team to prioritize and complete (Continuous) Improvement projects and maintain project documentation, including status reports for timely closure of projects.
  • Conduct regular trainings on Continuous Improvement concepts and train staff in Quality aspects and Six Sigma concepts.
  • Support Process Excellence governance and communicate/ report key updates to leadership, dashboards, publish success stories etc
  • The candidate must be well versed with concepts of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) and coordinate with Ops, to ensure implementation of recommended actions.
  • Candidate must assist in devising and optimizing KPIs and benchmarks, review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) regularly.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Experience/ Skills required:

  • Experience in process improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analytics tools.
  • Expertise in automation and dashboard development.
  • Hands-on working experience on RCA, FMEA, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Six Sigma certification preferred.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

  • Graduate (any field)
  • Understanding of Six Sigma/ Lean/ Kaizen Methodologies (Desired)
  • PowerBI/ other Reporting Tool (Desired)
  • SQL, Query Building, VBA and Adv Excel, Macros & Automation (Desired)
