Sploot Veterinary Care is redefining urgent and primary care for pets, and we’re seeking a full-time Pet Parent Experience Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and making a meaningful impact for pets and their families.

What Makes You A Great Fit

• Veterinary or Animal Care Experience: Prior experience in a veterinary clinic or animal care setting.
• Customer Service Excellence: Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality, client-centered experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Client Support & Coordination: Serve as the first and last point of contact for pet parents, providing a welcoming, empathetic experience from check-in through check-out.
• Schedule Management: Create, manage, and maintain the daily clinic schedule to ensure efficient appointment flow and operational consistency.
• Team Collaboration: Partner closely with veterinarians, technicians, and fellow associates to support high-quality patient care.
• Problem-Solving: Maintain composure in fast-paced or high-pressure situations, addressing in-clinic needs with professionalism and sound judgment.
• Clear Communication & Guidance: Reassure and inform pet parents, ensuring they feel confident and supported throughout their visit.
• This is an onsite position requiring coverage across multiple clinic locations.
• Weekend shifts are included as part of the regular schedule.
