The Market Activation Specialist Nordics, acts as the primary Nordic activation lead, owning the holistic plan and setting the agenda to drive growth, ROI and activation excellence across the region.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Min. 3 years experience in a Demand or Sales role
Full professional proficiency in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
Knowledge of the Nordic retail landscape
Proven ability to deliver results across multiple priorities
Experience managing budgets and performance reviews
Ability to analyze and interpret internal and external data
Customer experience preferred
Own and lead the Nordic activation strategy, defining priorities and investment choices to maximise ROI and deliver sustainable business growth.
Lead cross‑functional collaboration with Category, Sales and Field Sales and eCom teams to build and execute high‑impact activation plans and Perfect Store programmes across all Nordic markets.
Full budget ownership and governance, ensuring spend aligns to agreed plans, proactively course‑correcting where required, and representing Activation in Starchamber reviews (YTG outlook, risks and opps and budget optimisation recommendations).
Lead the consolidation of activation learnings into one central document, enabling stronger decision‑making, faster action and knowledge‑sharing across the wider business.
Set and drive the activation agenda within Field Sales, with strong presence and clear communication to ensure flawless execution of POS and activation displays in market.
Lead localisation of activation toolkits, working closely with the Market Activity Plan Manager to tailor materials, competitions and translations to Nordic market needs.
Own pre-launch activation execution tracking within S&OP, proactively consolidating inputs, optimising the process, identifying risks and opportunities, and escalating or course‑correcting to keep delivery on track.
Accountable for Post‑Launch Reviews (PLRs) for all activations, leading the Nordic contribution to the central EBA PLR process in collaboration with key stakeholders.
Proactively shape future capability and ways of working in Retail Media, collaborating with eCom teams to identify opportunities, test new approaches and accelerate progress in this space.
Lead coupon activation delivery across markets, including registration, layout and print management, with particular focus on priority markets such as Sweden.
Bring activation strategy to life for customers, supporting Customer Planning Days with compelling, retailer‑specific activation plans aligned to the broader activation agenda.
Act as a senior Nordics role model within the Activation team, contributing to team engagement, capability building and transformation initiatives, and representing the Activation function across the wider business.
