What You’ll Do

  • Transport animals to and from kennel areas safely and compassionately
  • Ensure pets have continuous access to fresh food and water
  • Clean kennels and maintain a sanitary hospital environment
  • Dispose of trash and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility
  • Groom, exercise, and assist with treatments under veterinary supervision
  • Accompany pets on walks and provide comfort and enrichment
  • Calm and comfort anxious or distressed animals
  • Monitor facility conditions to maintain animal comfort and safety
  • Report significant changes in patient condition to veterinary staff
  • Assist with emergency procedures and animal evacuations if needed

  • Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds without assistance
