Love Dogs? Make Them Your Coworkers.

At Great Bay Doggie Daycare (GBDD) in picturesque Durham, NH, we believe dogs deserve more than a place to spend the day. Our goal is to provide the exercise, socialization, and mental stimulation that come from spending time with other dogs in a safe, controlled environment.

Our outdoor campus is designed with both dogs and their humans in mind. With sun and shade, pools, chairs, playground equipment, decks, and awnings for extra shade and rain protection, we’ve created an environment where dogs can play and our team can stay active alongside them.

We’re looking for a self-motivated, friendly, and experienced Dog Daycare Attendant to join us in a full-time, year-round position.

Why Our Doggie Daycare Attendants Love Working Here

  • Weekdays only—keep your weekends for yourself

  • Customer service skills are a plus

The Extras You’ll Actually Feel

This isn’t a job where you’ll spend your day behind a desk. You’ll be moving, observing, interacting, and helping dogs get the physical activity and social enrichment they need.

You’ll also be part of a workplace where questions are encouraged and your efforts are appreciated. Add in flexible scheduling and weekdays-only hours, and you have an opportunity to build a career around animals while still making room for life outside of work.

And yes, pools, playground equipment, outdoor time, and four-legged coworkers are all part of the package.
