Position Details

Role: Pet Care Attendant

Status: Full-Time

Salary: $16.50 - $18 per hour

Schedule: Flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and occasional holidays

What You’ll Do

As a Pet Care Attendant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Walk dogs, including both hospitalized patients and boarding guests
  • Clean and sanitize dog runs and cages and cat cages in the kennel and hospital areas
  • Feed boarding pets according to their individual feeding instructions
  • Keep the kennel area clean, organized, and welcoming
  • Interact with clients in a friendly, professional way during drop-off, pick-up, and other daily contact

What Our Pet Care Attendants Bring

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Experience in a customer service environment (required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision
  • A caring, compassionate attitude toward pets and people
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
